United Wisconsin, the coalition that spearheaded the effort along with Wisconsin Democrats, delivered to the Government Accountability Board more than 3,000 pounds of petitions containing more than 1 million signatures aimed at recalling Walker — well above the 540,000 signatures needed to force a recall election, said Graeme Zielinski, spokesman for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
